MediaKitPage puts YouTube first on this page; add Shorts, Instagram or TikTok as extra platforms.
How to make a media kit brands actually read
A brand manager often looks at dozens of creators for a single campaign. Your media kit has a few seconds to answer five questions: who are you, how many people see your work, do they care, who are they, and what will this cost? MediaKitPage is laid out in that order, so the most important numbers are at the top.
Lead with the right numbers
List each platform with its follower count, and add average views where views matter more than followers, such as YouTube, TikTok and Reels. Add your engagement rate as well. A smaller account with strong engagement often beats a larger one with a passive audience, and brands know it. Keep the numbers current: update them every month or before each pitch, and never round up.
Calculating engagement rate
Take your last ten or more regular posts. Add up likes, comments, shares and saves, divide by the number of posts, divide by your followers, and multiply by 100. Leave out giveaways and viral outliers, or the average will mislead. The calculator does this for you and compares the result with rough platform benchmarks.
Audience and partners
Copy your top age group, gender split and top countries from your platform insights. Brands selling in one country want to know how much of your audience lives there. If you have worked with brands before, list them; if not, leave the section empty and it will not appear. One short testimonial from a past partner is worth more than a paragraph about yourself.
Pricing your work
The rate calculator starts from typical per-1,000 ranges for each type of content and adjusts for engagement. These are rough market figures, not rules. Charge more for usage rights, when a brand runs your content as an ad, for exclusivity that stops you working with competitors, for tight deadlines and for extra revision rounds. Packages, such as a Reel plus three Stories, are easy for brands to say yes to.
Sending it
Press Print and choose Save as PDF to get a one-page file. Attach it to a short, personal pitch email rather than sending it on its own. Your kit and photo are stored only in this browser, so nothing is published until you send it.
